The difference is how we do it.

While this is an over simplification of how we work with our clients,
the three steps we take to serve our clients are as follows:

  1. Analysis: identifying, qualifying and quantifying financial risks.
  2. Diagnosis: developing options and plans to mitigate exposures and either retain and/or transfer risks.
  3. Implementation: executing the options preferred by the client.

Because businesses are dynamic entities, this process is completed annually (prior to the annual budget) and when a new investment decision is being considered.
